Transdev Canada is hiring School Bus Drivers in Calgary for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, with a focus on experienced drivers who already hold a valid Alberta Class 2 drivers licence.

Your role

• Safely transport students to and from school on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Support student safety while boarding, exiting, and crossing the street.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, schools, dispatch, and supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operating standards.

Your profile

• Valid Alberta Class 2 driver’s licence required (Class 1 also accepted).
• S Endorsement is an asset.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience safely transporting people is an asset.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and professional approach.

Pre-hire requirements

• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Clear criminal record check.
• Clear vulnerable sector check.
• Successful drug and alcohol test, including cannabis, which is prohibited under corporate policy.

Your location

• This is a part-time split-shift position based in Calgary, Alberta.
• Drivers work Monday to Friday for at least 2 hours between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, then return for an afternoon shift between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• You may park at one of our four Calgary yards, depending on operational needs and your location.
