Senior Claims Adjuster | Auto, Property & Liability

Salary: $72,000 – $108,000 | Experience: 5–10 years

HTM is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster – Level 3 to manage complex multi-line claims and deliver exceptional service to our policyholders. This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who enjoys problem-solving, guiding claims from investigation to settlement, and collaborating with a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and manage auto, liability, and property claims, including large or complex cases
  • Assess coverage, set and adjust reserves, and document all activities
  • Negotiate settlements and process payments efficiently
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with experts and service providers
  • Support litigation, mediations, and settlement strategies when needed
  • Provide clear communication to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the claims process

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of multi-line claims adjusting experience
  • College diploma or university degree; CIP/FCIP is an asset
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workloads

Hybrid Work Model

  • First 3 months in-office for onboarding and training
  • After probation: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
