Senior Claims Adjuster | Auto, Property & Liability
Salary: $72,000 – $108,000 | Experience: 5–10 years
HTM is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster – Level 3 to manage complex multi-line claims and deliver exceptional service to our policyholders. This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who enjoys problem-solving, guiding claims from investigation to settlement, and collaborating with a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and manage auto, liability, and property claims, including large or complex cases
- Assess coverage, set and adjust reserves, and document all activities
- Negotiate settlements and process payments efficiently
- Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with experts and service providers
- Support litigation, mediations, and settlement strategies when needed
- Provide clear communication to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the claims process
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of multi-line claims adjusting experience
- College diploma or university degree; CIP/FCIP is an asset
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workloads
Hybrid Work Model
- First 3 months in-office for onboarding and training
- After probation: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
