What You Will Do:

  • Deliver concrete in a timely manner to the customer
  • Work with dispatch to determine the quickest and safest route to job sites
  • Keep vehicle clean and organized in a safe manner
  • Work in the concrete block yard on occasion
  • Perform maintenance around the concrete plant as directed by the supervisor
  • Maintain a superior attitude when working with other employees and customers
  • Play a key role in influencing the morale of other employees
  • Observe and follow all safety policies, procedures and rules specified by the Company, our customers and government regulations

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a Class 1 (preferred) or Class 3 license with Air Endorsement
  • Have a clean drivers abstract
  • Demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge or skills for minor preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections
  • Demonstrate good problem solving skills
  • Be in good physical condition to at times lift items of 50 lbs
  • Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time as well as kneel, climb ladders and walk on varied terrain
  • Be available to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) with some weekends as required
