Full job description

We are currently hiring full time crew members and crew leads for commercial and residential spring clean ups and this year's lawn maintenance teams. Experience is an asset but willing to train. Consistent hours.

Donewell Property Services is looking for motivated individuals to work the 2026 Spring CleanUp season and move into Lawn Maintenance. We are a growing company with a lot of opportunities.

What you bring to the table:

-Demonstrate the ability to interact with our teams and our clients in a very positive and professional manner

-Able to work well with others and the ability to take constructive criticism

-Having a reliable way of transportation to and from the workplace

-Able to complete the work in a safe and timely manner

- Valid Drivers License

About the opportunity:

-Operating various pieces of equipment

-All aspects of lawn and yard care as required

-Landscaping project work available occasionally also
