About the Team:
Our Maintenance team is small, but mighty! We pride ourselves in ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and organized. You will work closely with several Warehouse Managers to ensure all buildings in Richmond and Delta are well maintained and clean. You’ll enjoy the fast pace of work at CDS along with an overall sense of teamwork and fun!

What You’ll Do:

  • General housekeeping of the interior and exterior of our facilities including but not limited to, emptying garbage bins, dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, recycling and sanitizing surfaces, as per our food safety program requirements.
  • Operate the floor scrubber to clean the floor.
  • Operate Mobile Handling Equipment (MHE) to support cleanup operations.
  • Assist other Maintenance Associates with general facilities maintenance.

Who You Are:

  • Strong enough to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for short distances in a safe manner.
  • Comfortable to work in all-weather environments.
  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Safety and productivity are important to you.
  • Enjoy being part of a productive and fast paced team.
  • Prior warehouse experience is an asset.
  • Able to pass criminal background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
