Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after use
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are followed
• Support kitchen staff by providing clean items promptly during service hours
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health regulations
• Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low

Experience

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations is a plus
• Knowledge of proper food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is beneficial
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
