Full job description

  • 岗位职责
  • 负责加拿大区域末端司机运力管理，搭建司机招聘、培训、考核、激励机制；
  • 根据业务量预测、城市覆盖和线路结构，规划司机资源池，提升末端运力弹性和稳定性。
  • 建立不同城市、线路类型和派送难度下的司机画像，优化司机匹配和留存策略。设计司机绩效考核和分层管理，制定差异化激励政策，提升司机产能、出勤稳定性和服务质量。
  • 制定并优化司机培训标准、派送 SOP、异常处理流程和服务质量要求。
  • 设计线路分配、排班调度和运力配置规则，并基于站点现场团队执行效果和数据反馈，迭代方案；
  • 跟踪末端核心指标，包括派送成本、司机产能、妥投率、准时率、异常率、投诉率和司机留存率，推动持续优化。
  • 协同站点运营、路由规划、客服、财务、HR 等团队，解决区域末端运力和履约问题。
  • 岗位要求
  • 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、交通运输、运营管理等相关专业优先，英语可作为工作语言。
  • 1年以上快递、外卖、网约车、同城配送、3PL 或司机侧运营相关经验，有加拿大本地快递、外卖、快递行业司机/运力管理经验者优先。
  • 熟悉司机招聘、培训、排班调度、线路分配、绩效考核、薪酬结算或激励机制中的多个模块。
  • 理解末端派送网络运营逻辑，熟悉运力供需匹配、线路产能、派送密度、成本控制和服务质量管理。
  • 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题并推动改善。
  • 具备良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够推动站点、司机管理、客服、财务等团队协同。
  • 工作认真负责，注重细节，执行力强，能适应快节奏运营环境。

薪资： $50,000.00至$60,000.00（每年 ）
