Job Summary

Music School Administrator/ Receptionist

Join our music school as a Part-Time/Full-Time

Administrator & Receptionist

About us:

We are a community-focused music school offering lessons, ensembles, and performance opportunities for students of all ages. We value clear communication, organization, and a love of music.

What you'll do:

  • Manage front desk operations: greet students, answer phones and emails, and schedule lessons.
  • Coordinate daily class rosters, room usage, and instructor calendars.
  • Handle enrollment, payments, and basic student records with accuracy.
  • Assist with events, concerts, and recitals planning.
  • Support marketing efforts (newsletter emails, social posts, campus signage) as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and statt to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handling customer services.

What we're looking tor:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service approach.
  • Prefer English , Chinese language speaking.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Windows/ macOS, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Experience in an educational or arts setting is a plus; music background not required but helpful.
  • Able to work after school time , evenings or weekends.
