Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indo Chinese Cook / Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Indo Chinese dishes that delight our guests’ palates. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety will ensure a high standard of quality and consistency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a dynamic restaurant environment, delivering memorable dining experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indo Chinese dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met
  • Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage meal timings and ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages or expired items
  • Uphold high standards of food service by ensuring each dish is prepared with care and served promptly

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Strong knowledge of Indo Chinese cuisine techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
