Job Title: Urgent Hiring Helper/Paker (Cake Manufacturing)

Location: Richmond Hill

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Spanish, Mexican, German, French, Korean, Italian languages will be an asset.

Shift Options:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate:

  • Morning Shift: $17.60/hour
  • Afternoon Shift: $17.90/hour (includes $0.30 shift premium)

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our cake production team as General Labour / Helpers. This role involves supporting daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cake production, assembly, and packaging
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Handle ingredients and materials safely
  • Support machine operators and production staff
  • Follow health & safety and food handling guidelines
  • Perform other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
