Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chef with a strong background in Guyanese-Chinese cuisine to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and disciplined individual who can deliver authentic flavours, maintain consistency, and operate efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and execute dishes within Guyanese-Chinese cuisine
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Assist with menu development and specialty dishes
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
  • Collaborate with kitchen management and team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience cooking Guyanese-Chinese cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional flavours, techniques, and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
