Jobs may be part-time, full-time, after-school, morning, evening, or occasional.

What You May Do

Your duties will depend on the family.

You may:

  • Care for infants, toddlers, or school-age children
  • Play, read, and do activities with children
  • Prepare simple meals or snacks
  • Help with daily routines
  • Pick up or drop off children
  • Drive children to activities
  • Do light child-related cleaning
  • Keep children safe and supported

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for reliable and caring people with real childcare experience.

You should:

  • Have experience caring for children
  • Be comfortable caring for children on your own
  • Be reliable and on time
  • Be patient, kind, and professional
  • Speak English clearly
  • Be legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Be able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check, or be willing to get one
  • Be able to provide references if asked

First Aid and CPR are a strong asset.

A driver’s licence and your own vehicle are also an asset because some families need help with school pick-up, drop-off, or activities.

ECEs, ECAs, RECEs, nannies, babysitters, childcare assistants, camp staff, Montessori staff, and other childcare workers are welcome to apply.

Jobs are available across the Greater Toronto Area.

Each family has different needs, hours, and locations. You can choose which jobs you want to be considered for.
