Insight is continually growing and is currently looking for contract therapists:

• Who have experience and specialized training in providing counselling to children and youth populations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences or an acceptable equivalent.
• Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in initial counselling assessment, formulation, and treatment with an ability to utilize flexible strategies for engaging and working with clients.
• Ability to support clients at our Edmonton South location.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client-centered service and care.
• Ability to assess and treat a generalist caseload in addition to one’s areas of specialization.
• Ability to prepare and manage client files in a diligent manner.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Superior communication skills (oral and written).
• High level of ethical standards, professionalism, integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
• Proficiency in MS Office and full computer literacy.

The position is contract-based with varied and flexible hours, but must include evenings and weekends.
