Full job description

Alison Dawn Voice & Music is looking for a Teacher to lead our Mommy and Me Music Classes for children aged 1-5 years on Saturdays 9am-11:45am.

Terms run in 12 week blocks, three times annually. The first term begins in mid Sept.

We use Feierabend's First Steps in Music program, and training will be provided. Information about these classes can be found at https://www.alisondawnvoice.com/ecmusicclasses

Early childhood education and/or experience with young children is a requirement, and a background in music is a considerable asset, though not required, as long as the candidate is comfortable singing solo acapella tunefully, and teaching children to keep a steady beat, explore and appreciate music and movement. Proficiency in English is required.

Compensation ranges between $30 and $45 a class and will be set based on the successful applicant's experience and education.
