Build GrowME’s Sales Division and Earn a Path to Ownership

GrowME is hiring a Head of Sales to lead new business revenue and build our sales division.

GrowME is one of Calgary’s established marketing companies, helping businesses generate qualified leads, improve conversion, and drive revenue through strategy, advertising, digital marketing, websites, branding, and marketing systems.

We are looking for a proven sales leader with direct marketing agency experience. You must understand how agency services are sold, how business owners evaluate marketing partners, and how to sell high-value retainers built around growth, revenue, and performance.

This role works directly with the Founder and leadership team. For the right person, there is a long-term path toward ownership and partnership in the company.

The Role

You will take ownership of new business sales and help build the sales division GrowME needs for its next stage of growth.

This includes personally running consultations, closing deals, building outbound, improving sales process, managing pipeline, recruiting sales talent, coaching the team, and creating sales accountability across the company.

This is a senior role for someone who can sell at a high level and build the team around them.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a sales leader with proven marketing agency experience.

You have sold agency services before and understand the sales cycle behind strategy, advertising, SEO, websites, branding, lead generation, and growth-focused retainers.

You know how to lead strategic consultations with business owners and executives. You can uncover business goals, identify growth opportunities, position the right solution, handle objections, and close high-value deals.

You also know how to build sales structure. You can manage pipeline, improve follow-up, strengthen outbound, coach salespeople, create accountability, and help turn a strong sales process into a scalable division.

You must be comfortable leading from the front. This role requires someone who can personally close deals while building the team and systems around them.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct marketing agency sales experience
  • Proven B2B sales success
  • Experience selling retainers, growth services, advertising, SEO, websites, branding, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing, coaching, or developing salespeople
  • Strong discovery, consultation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Experience with outbound sales and pipeline development
  • CRM, reporting, and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work directly with founders, executives, and business owners
