Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and experienced server/bartender to join our team. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Assist with side duties such as cleaning, refilling, and restocking supplies.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant (Indian cuisine experience is a plus).
  • Bartending skills are a plus
  • Food safety & Smart Serve certification is a plus
  • Prior experience with POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
