What We're Looking For: As a Line Cook at Butter Chicken Factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes.

Culinary Skills: You should have a strong foundation in Indian cooking techniques, including knowledge of spices, marination, and preparation of various dishes.

Kitchen Expertise: Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including tandoor ovens, grills, and stovetops, is essential. You should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Team Player: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with our kitchen team, so teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude are a must.

Attention to Detail: Precision in following recipes and plating presentations is crucial to maintain the quality of our dishes.

Passion for Food: A genuine love for Indian cuisine and a willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and appetizers.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
