Have you ever wanted to live and work just North of Muskoka for the summer?
Then this place is for you.
We’re right on the water in Parry Sound.

We’re building a team that cares about each other, and the quality of food that they create and serve. If you have years of experience running the line in a fast paced kitchen, we’re looking for you.

You’ll spend the summer working in a busy casual fine dining restaurant and a premium burger place in town with a great staff.

Your own transportation is very useful, but not entirely necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Manage food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Participate in menu planning and contribute to innovative dish development, including baking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively
  • Experience in team management and restaurant operations

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
