Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at <Restaurant>. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes following the chef's specifications. You will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant success.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in food safety and sanitation.
- Understanding of kitchen etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.
