Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu creation to staff management, ensuring that every dish meets our restaurant's standards of excellence.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with local regulations.
  • Train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and cooking methods.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency during peak service times.
