Join the Magic This Holiday Season: Seasonal Customer Service Leaders Wanted!

Do you love the holiday season? Enjoy working with people and being part of a fun, fast paced team? We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate Customer Service Associates to join our Gift Card Kiosk team this holiday season!

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting families with gift card purchases at the Kiosks
  • Providing welcoming, positive and professional customer service
  • Assisting with sales and purchases
  • Directing and supporting guests
  • Working as a team during the busy holiday period!

We are looking for people who are:

  • Strong communicators and team players
  • Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with people
  • Reliable, punctual and responsible
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, childcare, or event settings is a definite asset!

Job Details:

Location: In person at Park Royal Shopping Centre, West Vancouver

Application Deadline: October 31, 2026 Start Date: November 18, 2026

Schedule Requirements:

  • Availability for shifts between December 1 – December 24
  • Must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week and for weekends and some weekdays
  • Must be able to commute to Park Royal Shopping Centre

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
