The Opportunity- 14 hours Biweekly

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing memorable dining experiences? As a Server at Chartwell, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests enjoy high-quality food and service. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and dedication to customer service will help ensure every mealtime is a highlight of the day.

What You’ll Do

  • Take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders
  • Provide prompt, friendly service to residents and guests
  • Prepare the dining room for service and clear tables according to Chartwell standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure a safe and efficient dining environment
  • Attend to residents' preferences and personal tastes with care and attentiveness

What You’ll Bring

  • Sever experience
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive dining experiences
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
  • Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
  • Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
  • Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
