Osprey Coach Lines is looking for dependable, safety-focused Charter Bus Drivers to join our growing team. If you take pride in providing a smooth, friendly ride and enjoy meeting new people on the road, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate charter buses for group trips, tours, school outings, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding, seating, and luggage.
- Plan and follow routes efficiently, adapting to traffic, weather, or last-minute changes.
- Keep the bus clean, fueled, and well-maintained throughout each trip.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Accurately complete trip logs, mileage records, and inspection reports.
What We're Looking For
- Valid B Driver's license with air brake (Z) endorsement (required).
- Clean driving record.
- 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips away.
- Physical ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.
