Make an impact and join our Digital Advisory team as an AI Consultant and play a key supporting role in delivering high-impact AI strategy engagements for executive clients. You will work closely with AI Strategists and digital leaders to help clients navigate the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, supporting the design and facilitation of workshops, research and analysis of AI trends and use cases, and the development of strategic roadmaps for AI adoption. This position is ideal for those early in their consulting career who are passionate about AI, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.

At MNP, you will work alongside a collaborative team of creative thinkers and problem-solvers. As an AI Consultant with MNP Digital Advisory, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI strategy and enablement, contribute to meaningful digital transformation engagements, and develop your expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. This is where your journey into AI consulting begins.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on AI strategy and adoption, tailoring solutions to their industry.
  • Lead or assist in workshops and interviews to gather business needs and identify key AI opportunities.
  • Help prepare and deliver executive workshops, including creating materials and interactive activities.
  • Support client sessions by taking notes and tracking outcomes.
  • Research AI trends and industry practices to guide client recommendations.
  • Contribute to AI strategy documents and implementation plans.
  • Assist with change management and training to help clients adopt AI, including designing and delivering training programs
  • Work with AI experts and client teams to ensure clear communication and successful projects.
  • Take part in internal knowledge sharing and skills development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, information science, or a related field
  • Three to five years of consulting experience, preferably working directly with clients
  • Strong knowledge of AI and data, including machine learning, agentic AI, and generative AI
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions is required. Familiar with other AI tools and cloud platforms a plus.
  • Understands business models, digital transformation, and how AI applies in different industries
  • Knows about technology adoption and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and spoken communication, especially for audiences without technical backgrounds
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client tasks
  • Keen to learn about new AI trends and technologies
  • Works well in teams and gets along with others
