Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with brokerage-generated buyer and seller leads
• Convert opportunities into active clients and closed transactions
• Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
• Manage and nurture your pipeline using CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing

Qualifications

• Active Ontario RECO Real Estate Licence, or currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Willingness to participate in office training and collaboration
• Commitment to personal and professional growth

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your production, supported by systems designed to help you build and scale your business.
