POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Mostra Centropolis, located in Laval, is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Keep the work environment clean
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain the garden
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants
• Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
