Ceiling Texture jobs

We are seeking a skilled Drywaller & Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall, as well as performing high-quality painting on various surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
• Tape, mud, and sand drywall seams to create a smooth finish.
• Repair and patch damaged drywall, including cracks, holes, and water damage.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Ensure a clean and professional finish on all surfaces, matching textures when necessary.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, painter’s tape, and other materials.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a drywaller, painter, or in a similar trade.
• Proficiency in drywall installation, finishing, and patchwork.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with decorative painting techniques, textures, or faux finishes.
• Knowledge of drywall framing and minor carpentry work.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction and painting.
