Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our state-of-the-art Door Shop manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of production activities, balancing customer demand with production capacity, optimizing resources, and ensuring flawless execution of workflows. As the key liaison between production, logistics, and installation teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning operations with company goals, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers—all while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Production Planning: Balance customer demand with production capacity, schedule bulk orders, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Quality & Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies, collaborate with quality control teams, and implement improvements to enhance scheduling and workflow accuracy.
• Leadership & Communication: Lead and support your team daily, maintain seamless coordination with logistics and installation teams, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, and workflow disruptions with innovative solutions.
• Resource Optimization: Assign tasks, manage resources effectively, and recommend staffing adjustments as needed.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize production management systems to track progress and drive continuous improvement.

• On-time delivery of high-quality doors with minimal defects.
• Efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a custom fabrication or assembly setting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with production management software and tools; familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear coordination across teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations for quality and delivery timelines.
