Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment, delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service to our guests. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and candidates should be committed to maintaining a clean and efficient work station.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
  • Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers as required
