Full job description

This is a fast-paced role for someone who genuinely loves people.

You enjoy talking to customers, remember faces and names, and you make sure everyone feel seen, welcome, and cared for.

  • Experienced with POS systems

What you’ll do:

  • Greet customers and handle orders with care and accuracy, including in-person orders and take-out
  • Keep your station clean and organized at all times
  • Communicate clearly with team and customers
  • Jump in where needed to support the team
  • Handle challenges calmly and with a good attitude
  • Help create a space where everyone feels welcome
  • Prepare orders when needed
  • Support the kitchen team
