Job Overview

We are looking for three energetic and customer-focused Servers to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Offer menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently followed.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner and check in with guests for satisfaction.
  • Handle payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area; assist in sanitizing surfaces and utensils as needed.
  • Work closely with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous restaurant experience not required—training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen protocols is a bonus.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in BC.
  • BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
