About Us:
Touhenboku Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to serving authentic, high-quality ramen in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as servers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations
  • Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
  • Process payments (cash, debit, credit)
  • Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Must speak English (Japanese or Chinese speaking is preferred)
  • Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability (evenings and weekends preferred)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
