Job Type: Full-time 40 hours a week: Monday - Friday

Negotiated wage is dependent on credentials and experience.

Location: Charlottetown

Experience:

  • Carpentry: 5+ years (Required)

Job Description/Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, measuring tapes etc.)
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Able to work with others in a team
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware

· Wage is based on Carpenters Local Agreement

· Job Location: Various Locations across Prince Edward Island
