About us

DCR Construction is a small business in Yorkton, SK. We are a fast pace and ever growing general contracting comany that works on both residential and commercial projcts. We specialize in custom cabinetry & millwork while still working in every aspect of our projects from the ground up to finish.

Carpenter duties will include standard carpentry duties such as assembling and finishing wood products, installing wood flooring, and working with wood framing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a commitment to quality who uses a systematic approach to problem solving. A successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate execution of training materials, the completion of all assigned projects on time and in accordance with company standards, and rigorous attention to detail.

Resposibilities & Requirements

  • Use of power tools
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Problem solving
  • Organize and prioritize jodsite tasks
  • Work in a timely manor to meet deadlines
  • Work well both with the team or on your own
  • Act in a professional manor while representing the company
  • Good punctuality on site
  • Follow, including meeting, all safety regulations (such as not smoking, wearing a hard hat, not operating equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs);.
