Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Flooring Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation but will train the right candidate. Ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow project specifications accurately. As a Flooring Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that flooring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Grinding concrete and repairs to concrete
  • mixing and applying 2 component flooring systems.
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in flooring installation or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Proficiency in using basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely.
  • Experience with coatings a asset.
  • Drivers license and experience towing trailers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
