Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cabinet Box Builder / Parts Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling cabinet components and parts with precision, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, assembly, and the use of various hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on craftsmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinet boxes and related parts according to schematics and blueprints
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Use hand tools, and power tools, shape, and assemble components
  • Perform quality checks on assembled parts to meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest improvements for workflow

Experience

  • Prior experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing assembly preferred
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
  • Experience with construction-related skills such as carpentry is a asset
