We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team! If you have a passion for hospitality, love engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

*Duties*

  • Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and answer menu questions with confidence.
  • Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Work as a team to create a fun, positive, and efficient work environment.

- *Qualifications*

- SMART SERVE REQUIRED

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems (clover)

- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations

Previous restaurant serving or bartending experience (Caribbean cuisine knowledge is a plus!).
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
✔ A positive attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
✔ Ability to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
