WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming experience. This role is primarily responsible for reception and administrative support functions, while also providing assistance with accounting-related duties, including accounts payable, cash handling, and general accounting administration.
  • High school diploma (Grade 12) required; relevant post-secondary diploma or certificate is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, as public transportation is not available in the area.
