Schedule:

  • Monday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30 am - 7:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday:8:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is
$25.00 - $30.00/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a replacement job opening.


Your Role:

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
  • Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner


About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required
  • Experience with dental software programs is required
  • Clinical background is considered an asset
