A quick, honest note: yes, we have 5-star ratings on Indeed and Google, but that's not because we're perfect. We make mistakes like anyone - the difference is we're fast, clear communicators who solve problems before they become real ones. We've got your back, and we expect the same care from you toward our clients.

As a cleaning specialist, you take pride in a thorough clean, notice the details others miss, and stay organized and on time. Ideally you have 3+ years with residential clients or high-end hotel room experience - but if you're newer with great interpersonal skills, apply anyway; you may still be a good fit.

What we look for: accountability, strong time management, empathy for clients, conscientiousness, and a willingness to take feedback and act on it. English required, French a plus. All candidates should have their GST and QST numbers ready as well, or be willing to obtain them once hired.

Two musts: You need your own vehicle to our equipment, and at least 4 full days of availability per week.
