  • Power wash exterior areas (lot, building façade, sidewalks) as needed.
  • Maintain lot signage, banners, and display materials in good condition.
  • Ensure garbage bins, recycling containers, and smoking stations are regularly emptied and maintained.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues (e.g., potholes, damaged curbs, broken lights) to management immediately.
  • Assist with seasonal setup of outdoor displays, including flags, tents, banners, and promotional items.
  • Ensure dealership's exterior remains professional, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support maintenance team with light building upkeep tasks as requested (e.g., light bulb replacement, painting touch-ups, etc.).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Routinely work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Routinely stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequent exposure to loud noise from shop and equipment.

Occasional work outside of normal hours during weather events or promotional setups.

Exposure to potential risk of injury; appropriate PPE must be used at all times.

Seasonal demands may require early starts or extended hours (e.g., snow removal, event prep).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive setting is an asset.
  • Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of car basics: battery boosting, driving manual vehicles, and parking precision.
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round, with flexible hours and early shifts during winter storms.
