Metro Ford is seeking a skilled and dependable 3M Installer / Car Detailer to join our growing, professional team. This role is ideal for experienced individuals who take pride in precision workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a high-quality finished product every time.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing
  • Wash, polish, and prepare vehicles for delivery
  • Apply 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) to vehicles (hoods, fenders, mirrors, etc.)
  • Complete polishing, paint correction, and protection packages to dealership standards
  • Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work independently while collaborating with service and sales teams
  • Deliver consistently high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive detailing (required)
  • Experience with 3M / Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
