Pay: $25–$32/hour (based on experience, skill level, and performance)

Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Windshield Replacement Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end and luxury vehicle glass replacement and are seeking someone who can work independently, produce high-quality work, and handle advanced vehicles with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Remove and install windshields and automotive glass on all makes and models
  • Work on Tesla vehicles and other luxury/high-end vehicles
  • Perform ADAS / safety system calibrations
  • Ensure proper installation, sealing, and fitment according to OEM standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional auto glass shop
  • Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
  • Strong experience with Tesla and high-end vehicle installations
  • Experience performing calibrations and using ADAS equipment
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay will depend on proven ability and experience. We are looking for the right long-term technician, and compensation will increase for candidates who demonstrate strong skills, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OEM or dealership-level installation experience
  • Auto glass certifications are an asset
  • Experience with windshields, side glass, back glass, regulators, and chip repairs
