Key Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Sales Executive/Consultant you will be responsible for the solicitation, development and booking of new business through effective sales techniques and relationship building with prospective and current customers.

  • Greet and interact with customers.
  • Present and offer solutions to meet customer’s needs.
  • Demonstrate and test drive vehicles.
  • Coordinate all purchases with Sales Manager and Office.
  • Arrange for timely delivery of purchases.
  • Complete documentation and arrange for service installations.
  • Close sales as per agreement.
  • Input information and maintain customer database.
  • Other duties as required.

What you bring to the role

  • Post-secondary education, college courses.
  • 2-3 years of commissioned sales experiences.
  • Vehicle sales experiences preferred.
  • Valid G driver's license required. OMVIC license and Driver’s abstract required.
  • Able to maintain a safe driving record.
  • General knowledge of automobiles.
  • Able to operate manual and automatic drive transmissions.
  • Willing to learn new skills and products features.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Strong knowledge of store policies and procedures.
  • Hands on involvement.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Computer literate, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and e-mail, social media.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
