Sales Consultant / Product Advisor

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep – Mission, BC

Compensation: $50,000 – $250,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Join a High-Volume, Growing Dealership

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re driven, confident, and ready to build a six-figure income in automotive sales, we want to hear from you.

No automotive experience? That’s okay. We train the right attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Follow up on dealership leads (phone, email, online inquiries)
  • Prospect for new business through referrals and networking
  • Present pricing and financing options
  • Close deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Keep CRM updated with customer activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Sales experience is an asset (automotive preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work Saturdays
