Roadsport Honda is seeking a Car Dealership Upgrade Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, high-impact role that sits between the service department and the sales floor, engaging customers already visiting our dealership and helping them upgrade into newer vehicle, often with little or no change to their current payment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage Service Customers: Connect with customers visiting for service and introduce vehicle upgrade opportunities in a professional, customer-first manner.
  • Identify Upgrade Opportunities: Review customer profiles, vehicle ownership, and equity position to determine who may benefit from upgrading.
  • Set Appointments & Drive Traffic: Book upgrade consultations with the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff process.
  • Leverage the Customer Database: Use the dealership CRM and service schedule to identify and connect with customers who are strong upgrade candidates.
  • Support the Sales Process: Assist in guiding customers through the upgrade journey, from first conversation to completed deal.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High energy, motivation, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid OMVIC License (mandatory for Ontario)
