Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, guiding them through the purchasing process while showcasing our high-end vehicle offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the sales pipeline, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals and upsell additional products or services.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track progress and follow up with leads effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies that enhance dealership performance.
  • Utilize marketing skills to promote vehicles and dealership events effectively.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that the showroom is well-presented at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry or high-end retail sales.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus, as well as previous dealership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and closing sales effectively.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial, as it complements the sales process by fostering trust and satisfaction among clients.
