$19.00–$21.00/hr + $4–$5/hr in tips (avg $23–$26/hr)

Red Robin Robson is hiring Shift Leaders.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the team, keep operations running smoothly, and help drive a strong guest experience.

If you lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and know how to keep a team moving, this is a strong next step.

Pay & Perks

  • $19.00–$21.00/hour base pay
  • $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total ~$23–$26/hr)

What You’ll Do
