Nous recherchons un coordinateur des opérations produits CPG très organisé et proactif pour soutenir la gestion quotidienne, le lancement et la coordination continue de notre portefeuille de produits de grande consommation. Vous travaillerez en proche collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, du marketing, des opérations, de la conformité et de la chaîne logistique afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des dépôts de produits, des lancements, du report et du soutien tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.
Vos responsabilités
- Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des lancements de nouveaux produits.
- Gérer les calendriers, les livrables et la communication entre les équipes.
- Tenir à jour les informations sur les produits, les ressources et la documentation pour les références nouvelles et existantes.
- Gérer les demandes de modification, les arrêts de production et les mises à jour de produits.
- Préparer et suivre les soumissions aux organismes provinciaux, aux distributeurs et aux partenaires de vente au détail.
- Rassembler les spécifications des produits, les prix, les visuels et les documents requis.
- Participer à l’établissement des rapports de ventes, au suivi des stocks et à l’analyse des performances.
- Gérer les outils de suivi des produits, les bases de données et les outils de rapports.
- Contribuer aux prévisions et aux évaluations de performance
- Fournir des informations sur les produits, des supports de lancement et des documents prêts à l'emploi pour les clients
- Soutenir les activités promotionnelles et les mises à jour sur la disponibilité des produits
- Aider à la création de présentations, de fiches commerciales et de supports clients
- Suivre les retours du marché et identifier les opportunités ou les préoccupations
- Assurer la cohésion des équipes par le biais de réunions, de suivis et du suivi des projets
- Identifier des moyens de rationaliser les flux de travail et d'améliorer les opérations
Ce que vous apportez
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des biens de grande consommation (CPG), la coordination de produits, les opérations, le soutien aux ventes ou la coordination de projets
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de multitâche et de communication
- Maîtrise d'Excel, de MS Office, des systèmes ERP et des outils de création de rapports
- Expérience de travail au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles
- Souci du détail et excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes
- Une expérience dans les secteurs du cannabis, des boissons, de l'alimentation ou des biens de grande consommation réglementés est un atout
- Esprit d'initiative et sens aigu des responsabilités
- A l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et approche axée sur les processus

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive CPG Product Operations Coordinator to support the daily management, launch, and ongoing coordination of our consumer‑packaged goods portfolio. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product submissions, launches, reporting, and lifecycle support.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and executing new product launches.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.
- Maintain accurate product info, assets, and documentation for new and existing SKUs.
- Support change requests, discontinuations, and product updates
- Prepare and track submissions to provincial boards, distributors, and retail partners
- Gather product specs, pricing, imagery, and required documents
- Assist with sales reporting, inventory tracking, and performance analysis
- Maintain product trackers, databases, and reporting tools
- Help with forecasting and performance reviews
- Provide product info, launch materials, and customer‑ready documents
- Support promotional activities and product availability updates
- Help create presentations, sell sheets, and account materials
- Track market feedback and flag opportunities or concerns
- Keep teams aligned through meetings, follow‑ups, and project tracking
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve operations
What You Bring
- 2+ years in CPG, product coordination, operations, sales support, or project coordination
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in cannabis, beverage, food, or regulated CPG is an asset
- Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong relationship‑building and process‑oriented approach
