Full job description

One Plant is seeking a Keyholder who is passionate and experienced in Retail Cannabis Sales to join our amazing team. Availability evenings and weekends will be required for this position. This is a fast paced store, so customer service and supervisor experience will be an asset!

Description:

Your role is to ensure the cannabis purchasing experience flows smoothly.

Key Holders are team members responsible for opening and closing a store. Their duties also include handling operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing customer service, supervising cleaning staff, setting alarms, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.

You will be a shift supervisor and will also work the ID check, floor, cash, and vault positions.

Responsibilities:

-Processing transactions and customer orders

-Responding to customer inquiries with product knowledge and accuracy

-Adhere to all company training, operation standards and procedures

-Abide by all company and provincial regulations and requirements for the sale of cannabis and associated products

-Complete tasks as assigned by the store managers

-Putting together customer orders as they are placed

-Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom

-Reporting any inventory discrepancies

-Maintaining inventory and stocking the storage rooms as product shipments arrive

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum age of 19+

-Criminal background check (Must possess prior to interview if selected)

-CannSell Training Certificate (Must posses prior to interview if selected)

-Eagerness to learn

-Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility

-Experience in handling and utilizing POS systems. (Additional training for the Cannabis POS system will be provided)

-Knowledge of the various forms of cannabis, including strains types and effects

-Knowledge on the various forms of accessories, and cannabis consumption methods

-Willingness and eagerness to learn the ever changing products

-Positive and outgoing personality to ensure a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction

-Ability to multitask and move quickly

-Experience in inventory management

-Organizational skills to maintain efficiencies

- CanSell Certification required
- Background Check required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Experience:

  • Cannabis Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Cannsell (required)
  • cleared background check? (required)
