Exciting Opportunity: Production Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to grow, harvest, and package high-quality cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping Plants Thrive: Assisting with tasks like watering, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
  • Preparing for Harvest: Learning how to trim, sort, and package our products.
  • Maintaining Clean Workspaces: Helping with the cleaning and sanitizing of tools and production areas.
  • Working as a Team: Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to get the job done.

What We’re Looking For

No previous experience or education is required! If you’re:

  • A Quick Learner: We’ll teach you everything you need to know about working with cannabis plants.
  • Physically Active: Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during your shift.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ready to take care of tasks carefully and accurately.
  • A Team Player: Willing to pitch in and support others to meet shared goals.
